Who uses MYLE RX?
MYLE RX is a software designed for all pharmacists in Quebec.
MYLE is already the most widely used electronic medical record system in primary care across Quebec. MYLE RX now enables pharmacists to create new synergies, streamlining their work and enhancing the patient experience.
Does MYLE RX replace fax?
MYLE RX does not replace the prescriptions transmitted by fax that you receive. It provides digital versions enriched with important information to facilitate medication dispensing and to best serve your patients.
How do SMS notifications work?
When a MYLE clinic sends a prescription to your pharmacy, patients receive an SMS to confirm their identity and choose their preferred pickup date and method.
Additionally, when your team uses MYLE RX to prepare prescriptions, confirmation SMS messages are sent to inform patients that their medication is ready.
How is data managed in MYLE RX?
MYLE RX ensures the security of transmitted data. This data is accessible only to pharmacy teams and solely for providing the highest quality service and advice. Access to medical records requires patient acceptance and consent. No data is sold or shared with third parties. You can also review our Privacy Policy.
What about PrescriptionQC?
The PrescribeIT platform from Inforoute Santé du Canada (also known as Prescription Québec) helps reduce reliance on fax by directly integrating prescriptions into the pharmacy software. PrescribeIT will be available on MYLE in 2025. MYLE RX builds on this advancement by involving the patient in the process and providing your pharmacy team with the richness of an electronic medical record, facilitating coordination, and giving access to the medical information necessary for medication dispensing.
