Instrument interfaces and setup

All of the lab’s instruments can be integrated with LABGEN LIS, whether through a unidirectional or bidirectional interface. This integration allows for full lab automation, reducing the need for manual results entry and minimizing potential human errors.

EMRs/EHRs and 3rd party interfaces

Our integration team will connect any necessary EMR/EHR interfaces for the lab’s providers and clients. These integrations can be established using various methods, such as HL7, APIs, file drops, and more.

Additionally, our dedicated team can handle a variety of other integrations, including billing, Department of Health, custom app integrations, and more.

Comprehensive user training and support

Before the go-live date, every type of user will receive comprehensive training, both in person and remotely. Additionally, users will have access to training videos and materials.

Our trainers will remain available even after the Go-Live date to ensure a smooth transition and optimal system flow.

Technical support

Our US-based support team is always available to assist labs and answer any questions via phone and email.

Emergency after-hours support is available for labs in need.
