Once a prescription is sent to your preferred pharmacy, you will receive a text message requesting confirmation of your order details.
Confirm the medications to be prepared, the time you wish to collect them, and whether you prefer to pick them up at the pharmacy or have them delivered.*
You will receive a second text message when your order is ready, so you can plan your day and save valuable time.

No, MYLE Health only allows you to coordinate the preparation of a new prescription and a prescription renewal communicated to your pharmacy by your care team.

If you do not receive an SMS and would like your medication to be prepared, please use prescription refill services offered by your pharmacy (mobile app or web), or contact your pharmacy.

What’s new:
MYLE Health allows you to proactively provide important information to your pharmacy to speed up the processing of your prescription:
the medication they need to prepare for you;
when it would be convenient for you to collect it;
confirmation of any allergies on your file.
To make it easier to analyse your new treatment, MYLE Health also allows you to send a copy of your medical summary to your pharmacy to be consulted by your pharmacist in addition to your prescription.
Sharing information via MYLE Health is secure and adheres to best practice in terms of information security. MYLE Health is part of a suite of products from MEDFAR, creator of MYLE EMR, approved by the “Bureau de Certification du Ministère de la Santé et des Services Sociaux du Québec.”
