How to use AI to prepare yourself

We accept the use of AI tools to help you prepare your application, as long as the content accurately reflects your experience, skills, and voice. This may include research on MEDFAR, the role, or the sector, improving your CV, as well as brainstorming or structuring a home test, provided that the work remains yours and you can explain your process.

Preserving the authenticity of your application

We ask that you do not use AI tools, third parties, or outside help during interviews. We also ask that you do not submit work primarily generated by AI without your real contribution or understanding, and never share confidential or internal information about MEDFAR in public AI tools. Our goal is to understand your thinking, your experience, and how you approach challenges.

How MEDFAR uses AI

At MEDFAR, AI may support certain recruitment activities, such as drafting job descriptions, preparing interview questions, supporting candidate communications, sourcing, and transcribing or summarizing interviews. AI does not make hiring decisions. All hiring decisions are made by people. Our tools are reviewed for security, privacy, and compliance. If you prefer that AI not be used during your interview process, especially for transcription or note-taking, please inform your recruiter or contact ta@medfarsolutions.com.

Frequently asked questions

Our recruiters review applications for each position and contact those who have the required profile for the role. Due to the high volume of applications we receive daily, we can only follow up with candidates we wish to see move to the interview stage. If you are not contacted for the position you applied for, your information will be stored in our recruiter’s shared candidate database, which means you may be contacted later for other opportunities within MEDFAR.

Help us get to know you by explaining how your past experience, challenges, and successes have prepared you for the role you want at MEDFAR.
