How we work

MEDFAR has a hybrid work policy. You’re welcome to come to the office five days a week, to a few days a week – as you wish. Our main offices are located in Montreal (Quebec), Burnaby (British Columbia), and Yerevan (Armenia).

Job application

Once you apply for an open position, our Talent Acquisition team will make sure to thoroughly go through your application and evaluate your candidacy.


Interview process

Once your candidacy fits our requirements for the position, you will be contacted to start the interview process. Typically, we start with a phone interview in order for us to do a quick screening. If we continue with the process after this step, there will be an in-person interview with the hiring manager. In some cases, there will be a test to evaluate your skills. To help you prepare for your interview, we provide a guide summarizing what to expect.
