The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay chooses MEDFAR’s MYLE for its EMR

October 2, 2018

It is our pleasure to announce that MEDFAR Clinical Solutions won the tender for the  implementation of an electronic medical record within the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay.

More than 600 new users including doctors, residents, nurses and other health care professionals spread out on twenty-some sites will join the 7000 current MYLE accounts.

After a several month process, the selection committee came to the conclusion that MEDFAR’s offer of service best suited its rigorous demands concerning functionality variety and technological adaptability.

MEDFAR has now increased its market shares to more than 40% of the FMG, FMU  and CLSCs in the public sector and strengthens its leading position by offering the most used EMR in the province’s clinics, thus continuing to distance itself from its competitors.

Mr. Elias Farah, president & CEO expressed his enthusiasm for this new project:
“Our team is thrilled to be able to collaborate with the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay and to have the opportunity to serve a region with such vast needs. We are motivated by the confidence that the selection committee showed us. Our continued growth is proof that the efforts that we have deployed have come to fruition: we have developed a unique ecosystem surrounding our EMR that makes our solution the most powerful and the most practical on the market.”
